From last month, but I just saw it — this story must sound outrageous to the non-lawyers, but for those of us who have had to deal with the people who administer the California Bar, it’s hardly surprising. It reminded me of last year when a pretty big earthquake struck one of the testing centers and the administrators refused to pause the test or give anyone extra time. Just lovely.
